WEST ORANGE, NJ — Retail real estate services organization Levin Management has been named property management firm for Essex Green, the 351,000-square-foot, grocery-anchored shopping center located at 495 Prospect Ave. in West Orange.
“The addition of Essex Green is significant for us because the shopping center’s new owner is a long-time Levin client,” Executive Vice President Robert Carson said in a release. “We are delighted that the company’s principals recognize our capabilities and expertise in the delivery of property management services.”
