WEST ORANGE, NJ — The summer Olympics kicked off at Daughters of Israel on Aug. 5 with a festive opening ceremony. All week, residents participated in Olympics-related activities, including basketball, volleyball, a target toss, trivia, a Brazilian cooking challenge and more.
