WEST ORANGE, NJ — Local business owners are invited to attend a free workshop on state contracts and competitive purchasing on Thursday, Aug. 17, from 10 a.m. to noon at McLoone’s Boathouse, 9 Cherry Lane in West Orange. This workshop is hosted by County Executive Joseph DiVincenzo Jr., the Board of the Chosen Freeholders, and the Essex County Office of Small Business Development and Affirmative Action.
