WEST ORANGE, NJ — Mayor Robert Parisi honors Alice Fried with a proclamation at the Sept. 25 Township Council meeting, recognizing Fried for 50 years of service as a trustee of the West Orange Scholarship Fund. Fried was also presented with a lifetime achievement award from the committee.
