WEST ORANGE, NJ — West Orange flu vaccination clinics for 2017 kick off on Thursday, Sept. 28, from 9 to 11 a.m. in the Community Room at John P. Renna House, 10 Gaston St. in West Orange.
Flu clinics will continue at the Health Center in the same building from 2:30 to 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 4; Thursday, Oct. 5; Friday, Oct. 6; Tuesday, Oct. 10; Wednesday, Oct. 11; Thursday, Oct. 12; and Friday, Oct. 13. Further flu vaccinations will be available thereafter by calling the Health Center. Residents at senior houses will receive the flu vaccination at their building according to the date and time scheduled.
The vaccine is available to residents 18 years, targeting residents 60 and older and those adults with chronic illnesses. For more information, contact the health department nurses at 973-325-4130.
