Laurie Hauptman, partner at Hauptman & Hauptman PC, will speak at the chamber event from noon to 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 7, at the Kessler Institute for Rehabilitation, 1199 Pleasant Valley Way in West Orange.
