WEST ORANGE, NJ — Township historian Joseph Fagan will be conducting the next Downtown West Orange history walking tour this Saturday, July 3, at 10 a.m. The tour is free and open to the public, but participants must RSVP via email to jfagan@westorange.org.
The walking tour will begin in the parking lot at 80 Main St. near Mt. Pleasant Avenue in West Orange. It will continue south on Main Street in front of Town Hall toward Northfield Avenue. The tour loops around Town Hall and returns to the farmers market, lasting a little more than an hour. Stops along the way will help participants experience history as it comes alive in everyday places.
