WEST ORANGE, NJ — The West Orange Recreation Department presents a free self defense and safety seminar, featuring the West Orange Police Department and Mobile1KravMaga, on Sunday, April 22, from 1 to 4 p.m., at West Orange High School’s Tarnoff Gym, 51 Conforti Ave.
This event is perfect teens and women, ages 13 and older, of all ability levels. WOPD representatives will offer important safety tips and Denis Watson, the U.S. ambassador for the Krav Maga Federation, will teach hands-on self defense techniques. Dress in comfortable clothing for a workout; water and snacks will be provided.
