WEST ORANGE, NJ — Everyone enjoyed a day of New Orleans celebrations at Green Hill in West Orange on Fat Tuesday, Feb. 9. Elders sang along and danced to NOLA music played by David Rimelis on banjo and fiddle. Cocktails and Cajun inspired tasty treats were served and elders dazzled in colorful Mardi Gras beads. Dinner festivities included a traditional King Cake.
