WEST ORANGE, NJ — West Orange Mayor Parisi was on hand to help Dr. Kaixuan Liu cut the ceremonial ribbon to open the Advanced Spine & Outpatient Surgery Center on Mt. Pleasant Avenue in West Orange on Sept. 24. The practice originally came to another West Orange location from Union in 2010 before moving to this newly renovated facility.
