Three things you should know about holiday parking in West Orange

WEST ORANGE, NJ — The township will relax parking rules for the holidays from Nov. 22 through Jan. 1.

West Orange will offer free metered parking from Thanksgiving Day through Christmas Day.

Alternate-side parking rules are suspended through Jan. 1 and overnight parking enforcement is not in effect.

Parking restrictions that allow the township to thoroughly plow the streets during a snow emergency remain in effect.

Normal parking rules resume Jan. 2.
