WEST ORANGE, NJ — Retired Lt. Col. Thomas Robert Vaucher, age 99, gave a presentation on his World War II experiences to residents at Green Hill in West Orange for Veterans Day. A former pilot, Vaucher shared his first account of the week the United States entered the war, following the attack at Pearl Harbor.
