WEST ORANGE, NJ — The West Orange Chamber of Commerce invites the public to attend its annual Mayor’s Breakfast on Wednesday, Feb. 6, from 8 to 9:30 a.m. at the Wilshire Grand Hotel, 350 Pleasant Valley Way in West Orange. Doors will open at 7:30 a.m. for networking prior to the event. The breakfast will begin at 8 a.m. Recently re-elected West Orange Mayor Robert Parisi will deliver the State of the Township address during the event.
“The annual West Orange Mayor’s Breakfast is a signature event for the West Orange community attracting hundreds of people each year,” WOCC President Sally Malech said. “The Chamber of Commerce is proud to collaborate with the Mayor’s Office in presenting this event to the residents of our town.”
This annual community gathering is a popular and much-anticipated event where attendees connect with new contacts and strengthen existing relationships.
“The Chamber Breakfast opens with the induction of the new Chamber executive board and a welcome to Chamber members and new Chamber members. This year, thanks to the efforts of Executive Director Jessica Marrone Parkes and her executive team, we will welcome dozens of new businesses taking advantage of the many Chamber promotional benefits,” said Susan McCartney, event chairwoman and Chamber board member. “The Chamber Breakfast provides a platform for the mayor to kick off the new year with an eloquent State of the Town address. Between township staff meetings, council meetings and the mayor’s open office hours, the mayor provides an insightful forecast on what we can expect and deserve in our community.”
This event is open to the public.
