WEST ORANGE, NJ — The West Orange Fire Department will hold a CPR certification course for West Orange residents, ages 16 and older, on Saturday, Jan. 20, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. This free class will be held at the West Orange Emergency Operations Center, 25 Mt.
