WEST ORANGE, NJ — Students in the West Orange High School National Arts Honors Society transformed 20 pumpkins into beautiful pieces of art during the week of Oct. 17 for a club fundraiser.

Under the direction of art teacher Nicole Krulik, students lended their artistic talents to paint and “bedazzle” pumpkins based on themes like “Breast Cancer Awareness” and “Celebrating Family.” All money collected from the fundraiser will go toward purchasing art supplies that will be used to beautify the school.

“The students worked so hard on the project and the pumpkins are absolutely beautiful,” Krulik said in a release.
