Anne S. Zipf, 88, of Port Charlotte, Florida passed away Tuesday, October 18, 2016 at Tidewell Hospice Inc. in Port Charlotte.Anne was born to John and Elise Cummings on August 2, 1928 in Bloomfield, New Jersey and moved to Port Charlotte in 1985 from there. Anne was a faithful believer in her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. She truly loved spending time with her beloved family and friends. Anne will be missed dearly by all who loved and knew her.
Anne is survived by her loving son, Robert Zipf of North Port, FL; a daughter, Deborah (Paul) Hauser of Saginaw, MI; 4 grandchildren, Matthew (Briana), Julia (Joe), Paul Walter and Elise (Justin) and 6 great-grandchildren, Emma, Ethan, Julia Noel, Miriam, Hannah and Justin Michael. Anne was preceded in death by her loving husband, Walter J. Zipf.
Visitation will be held 1:00PM-2:00PM, Monday, October 24, 2016 at Roberson Funeral Home Port Charlotte Chapel with a funeral service to follow at 2:00PM. Interment will follow to Restlawn Memorial Gardens, Port Charlotte, Florida.
