Anthony LaMagna, 67, beloved husband of Elizabeth, passed away on Thursday, September 13, 2018 at Overlook Medical Center in Summit.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral from the O’Boyle Funeral Home 309 Broad St. Bloomfield on Tuesday at 9:00 a.m. The funeral mass will be offered at St. Thomas the Apostle Church in Bloomfield at 10:00 a.m. Interment Immaculate Conception Cemetery in Upper Montclair. Visitation is on Monday from 4-8 p.m.

Born in Newark, Mr. LaMagna grew up in Summit and lived in Bloomfield for the last 40 years.
He was a project manager for RockTenn in Fairfield, retiring in 2013 after many years with them. He loved vacationing with his wife in Aruba and was a member of the Romeo Club (retired old men eating out) of St. Thomas the Apostle.
He was the husband of Elizabeth (Thompson) LaMagna for 44 years, father of Tricia LaMagna and Christine LaMagna Lorenz and her husband Brian, pop pop of Sky Christine and Grayson Anthony and brother of the late Maria LaMagna. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
