Daniel Anthony Greco

Daniel Anthony Greco, 60, of Blakeslee, PA, formerly of Pompton Lakes, passed away on July 2, 2017 surrounded by his loving family. He grew up in Bloomfield and graduated from Bloomfield High School
Daniel will be remembered for his dedication to his career as an educator, for which he obtained his Doctorate, and his love for wrestling and rescue dogs.
He is survived by his wife, Janet; his children, Danielle Panas and her husband Gregory, Jerome Greco and Simone Greco; his grandchildren, Nicholas, Gabriella and Joseph; his nephew, Andrew Greco and his wife Klaudia; his sister-in-law, Marianne Lettieri; his partner, Cathie Fly and his beloved dog, Junior. He was predeceased by his parents, Jerome and Lucille and his brother, Andrew.
Funeral services were under the direction of the M. John Scanlan Funeral Home, Pompton Plains.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Daniel’s memory can be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital or Aunt Mary’s Doghouse.
