Daniel J. Sierchio

Daniel J. Sierchio, 47, passed away Thursday September 6, 2018 at Memorial Sloan Kettering Hospital, NYC.
Born and raised in Bloomfield, Daniel was also a resident of Verona. He graduated from Bloomfield High School in 1989 and Seton Hall University in 1993, receiving his MBA in accounting. He enjoyed working for Ernst and Young in Secaucus for the past 8 years.
Daniel was the loving father of Mia Anne and Ava Rose, son of Daniel A. and the late Anne (Rispo) Sierchio, brother of Joseph, Maria Reboa and her husband Renato, uncle of Anne and Robert Reboa, nephew of Marie Mautone and Rita Cuzzi and her husband Anthony. Daniel is also survived by many cousins, dear friends and his dog Rexi.
His passion was spending time with his daughters, coaching their basketball and softball teams, cooking, baking, vacationing with his family, the NY Yankees, Miami Dolphins and his love for dogs.
Visitation will be through the O’Boyle Funeral Home 309 Broad St. Bloomfield on Monday 4-8 p.m. and Tuesday 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Friends and family are invited to attend the funeral commencing at 9:00 a.m. from O’Boyle’s followed by the funeral mass at St. Thomas the Apostle Church in Bloomfield at 10:00 a.m. Interment is at Holy Cross Cemetery in North Arlington.
