Eduardo M. Edquilag, 61, passed away on Wednesday March 7th, 2018 at Mountainside Hospital in Glen Ridge.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral from the O’Boyle Funeral Home, 309 Broad St. Bloomfield on Tuesday at 9 AM. The funeral mass will be offered at Sacred Heart Church, 76 Broad St. Bloomfield at 10 AM. Interment Rosedale Cemetery. Born in Surigao City, Philippines, Eduardo has lived in Bloomfield since 1991. He worked as a Mechanical Engineer for Guth Deconzo Consulting Engineers in New York City. He was also a Member of the K.O.C. Bloomfield Council 1178, A Eucharistic Minister, member of the Parish Council, Adult Choir and Multicultural Ministry for Sacred Heart Church.
Eduardo was the husband of Francia Evangelista Edquilag for 32 years; father of Tim Fredrik and his wife Michelle, Franzie Rose and Kris Emily Edquilag; brother of Romeo, Herminia Aldea, Mila Adoreble, Lina Matias, Cynthis Alfonso, Emilio Jr, and Zita Lopez.
