Frances R. Gorzelnik, 84, passed away on Saturday, February 10, 2018 at home in Bloomfield.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral from the O’Boyle Funeral Home 309 Broad St. Bloomfield on Tuesday at 9:00 a.m. The funeral mass will be offered at St. Francis Xavier Church in Newark at 10:30 a.m. Interment Mt. Born in Newark Frances was a lifelong resident of Bloomfield.
She worked as a dispatcher for the Township of Bloomfield, retiring after 30 years.
She was the mother of Joanna Weingardner and her husband James, April Marucci and Joseph Gorzelnik and his wife Mary, sister of the late Joseph, Dominick, Lucy and Jetta, grandmother of Anthony Deo and his wife Jean, Gregory Deo, Amy Summers, Rob Kirkwood, Jessica Kirkwood, aunt of Maria O’Connell and her husband Timothy and Lisa Minichini and her husband Anthony. She is also survivied by many other loving family members and her dear dog Louie.
