Born in Mahanoy Plane, Pa, Mr. Klak lived in Bloomfield, Glen Ridge and the last 30 years in Zephyrhills, Florida.
He retired from Acme Supermarkets where he worked as a foreman.
He was the husband of the late Elizabeth Ann Tabor Klak and the late Dorothy Harwood Klak, father of Ann McGarry, Dorothy Olson, Barbara Ann, James P. and Frances E. Klak. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren
