Genevieve Pezzino (nee Cemelli), 59, passed away on Friday, June 8, 2018 at Hackensack University Medical Center, surrounded by her loving family.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral from the O’Boyle Funeral Home 309 Broad St. Bloomfield on Tuesday at 9:30 a.m. The funeral mass will be offered at Queen of Peace Church in North Arlington at 11:00 a.m. Interment will be private. Born in Hoboken, Genevieve lived in Weehawken and the last 26 years in Bloomfield and worked as catering manager for Michael’s Pastaria in Nutley.
She was the wife of the late Vincent Pezzino, mother of Dana and her fiancee Joseph Ewings and Cara Pezzino, step mother of Tracy Reinhardt and her husband Jeffrey, Marguerite Schneltzer and her husband Jahn and Vincent and his wife Deana, sister of James and his wife Arlene, Rosemary Thiemann and her late husband David, Frank, Peter and his wife Raquel, Paul and the late Salvatore Cemelli, daughter in law of Caroline Dalessandro Pezzino and sister in law of John and Carol Pezzino. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren land many nieces and nephews.
