Jose F. Nebiar Jr., 69, passed away on Friday, June 17, 2016 at Mountainside Hospital in Glen Ridge. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral from the O’Boyle Funeral Home 309 Broad St. Bloomfield on Wednesday at 9:00 a.m. The funeral mass will be offered at St. Valentine Church in Bloomfield at 10:00 a.m. Interment Glendale Cemetery. Born in the Philippines, Mr. Nebiar lived in Nutley and in Bloomfield since 1987.
He was assistant engineer for the town of Denville and prior to this he worked for the Township of Cedar Grove for 19 years. He was a former member of the St. Valentine Church Choir.
Jose was the husband of Luzviminba (Zafra) Nebiar for 42 years, father of Joselito and Jackie-Luz, grandfather of Jhoel-Leoncio and brother of Suzzie, Josie, Sylvia, Gilberto, Corrie, Alfredo and Felino
