Bloomfield HS boys basketball team defeats Nutley on Senior Night

BLOOMFIELD, NJ – The Bloomfield High School boys basketball team defeated Nutley, 74-46, Feb. 19 at home on Senior Night.

Senior forward Will Robinson had 20 points; junior guard Vinny Torrisi had 19 points with five 3-pointers; senior guard Tochi Anyanwu had 12 points; senior guard Michael Ramos recorded 11 points; senior forward Kevin Mitchell posted seven points; sophomore forward Andre Dean and sophomore guard Vernon Lee each had two points and senior forward Gael Refuse added a free throw as the Bengals improved to 12-12.

The Bengals will visit Bergen County Tech in the first round of the NJSIAA North Jersey Section 1, Group 4 state tournament Monday, Feb. 25.
