BLOOMFIELD, NJ – The Bloomfield High School boys’ basketball team defeated Science Park, 91-28, Saturday, Dec. 15 at BHS in the second game of the season.
It was the Bengals’ first win, giving Mike Passero his first victory as head coach of the Bengals.
In the previous night at BHS, the Bengals lost to American History in the season opener, 63-50.
The Bengals will visit East Orange Campus on Dec. 20 and visit Clifton on Saturday, Dec. 22, at 11:30 a.m. BHS will take part in the Glen Ridge Holiday Tournament. In the first round, they will face People’s Prep on Dec. 27 at 2 p.m.
Glen Ridge will face Passaic Charter in the other boys’ game on Dec. 27 at 3:30 p.m.
The consolation and final will be held Dec. 28 at 3:30 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. respectively.
