BLOOMFIELD – Bloomfield High School student-athlete Olivier Georges has accepted a football scholarship to continue his career at American International College in Springfield, Mass.

Olivier, a 6-foot-3, 230-pound tight end, was a three-year starter for the Bengals and a first team All-Super Essex Conference honoree this past season. In addition to football, he is currently a starter on the boys’ basketball team and a standout thrower for the track and field team.

Olivier is the second BHS football player to accept a scholarship to a college. Lowell Kelly-Gamble, a 6-foot-4, 240-pound defensive end, has accepted a football scholarship to Monmouth University.
