The Bloomfield High School varsity football team ended its season on a winning note.
The Bengals defeated J.P. Stevens, 37-28, Thursday, Nov. 1, in Edison in a state consolation game. Bloomfield rallied from an early 21-7 deficit.
The Bengals finished the season with a 4-6 record.
