Bloomfield’s Abalos performs well at NJSIAA tennis tourney

BLOOMFIELD, NJ — Bloomfield High School’s Arian Abalos concluded an outstanding sophomore season at the NJSIAA State Singles Tennis Tournament. Abalos won his opening round match, advancing to face the No. 4 seed in the entire tournament, where he was eliminated in a very competitive match.

Bengals baseball concluded its season with a 12-0 victory over Belleville behind the one-hit pitching of Andre Dean.

Softball faced Belleville in its final contest as well and battled into extra innings, where the Bengals fell by one run. 

Track and field concluded the season at the Group IV Championships.
