BLOOMFIELD, NJ – The Bloomfield High School varsity boys’ soccer team lost to West Essex, 1-0, Oct. 11, at Watsessing Park.
The loss was the Bengals’ third straight and moved their record to 6-8 overall.
The Bengals are seeded No. 14 in the Essex County Tournament and will host the winner between No. 19 Orange and No. 26 West Side in the second preliminary round on or by Oct. 17.
