East Orange Campus HS girls’ basketball team improves to 10-0

EAST ORANGE – The East Orange Campus High School girls’ varsity basketball team defeated Shabazz and Bloomfield Tech to improve to a 10-0 record.

Marvellous Osagie-Erese had 22 points, 10 rebounds, 10 assists and seven steals to lead the Lady Jaguars to a 75-59 win at Shabazz on Jan. 19 in Newark.

Moriyah Jordan had 18 points and 13 rebounds; Jessica Woods had 14 points and 16 rebounds and Brianna Mills had 10 points for EOCHS, which outscored Shabazz, 21-12, in the third quarter to extend its lead to 57-40.

Jordan had 22 points and three rebounds and Osagie-Erese had 16 points, 11 steals, 10 rebounds, six assists and two blocks to power the Jaguars to a 61-28 win at Bloomfield Tech on Jan. 21. Mills had eight points, three rebounds and two assists.
