East Orange Campus HS girls’ basketball team seeks more success

EAST ORANGE, NJ – The East Orange Campus High School girls’ varsity basketball team hopes to gain more progress this season.

EOCHS fell to University, 57-37, Jan. 15, in Newark in a Super Essex Conference-American Division game. The loss ended a two-game winning streak and dropped their record to 6-5 overall. Brianna Mills had 15 points and four steals; Lakel Willis had 10 points and four rebounds; Nadayah Stubbs had five points, four rebounds and four steals; Brianna Turner posted three points; and Triniti Haskins and Mckayla Watkins each had two points.

EOCHS will visit Newark Tech, Jan. 24, at 7 p.m.; host Newark Arts, Jan. 26, at 1 p.m.; and visit Payne Tech, Jan. 29, at 7 p.m. all in divisional play.
