Glen Ridge HS baseball team falls to Nutley in GNT as four-game winning streak ends

GLEN RIDGE – Matt Buchmann and Griffin Cancro each had an RBI, but the 14th-seeded Glen Ridge High School varsity baseball team lost at third-seeded Nutley in the first round of the Greater Newark Tournament on Monday, May 9.

The loss snapped the Ridgers’ four-game winning streak and moved their record to 8-6.

Keeler Patton went 1-for-2 and Robert Spitaletta had a double for the Ridgers. Buchmann and Patton each had two walks.
