Glen Ridge HS boys’ lacrosse team seeks to return to winning ways

GLEN RIDGE – The Glen Ridge High School boys’ varsity lacrosse team hopes to get back on the winning track.

The Ridgers lost to Northern Highlands and Caldwell to extend their losing streak to four games and move to a 2-8 record.

Tyler Grady scored two goals in the 13-5 loss at Northern Highlands on April 20 in Allendale. Chris Harris, Nathaniel Johns and Cole Travia each had one goal. Adam Juros made 15 saves.

Johns had all four goals in the 5-4 loss to Caldwell, April 25, at Watsessing Park field in Bloomfield. Caldwell’s A.J. Curtiss scored unassisted with 3:22 left in regulation for the winner. Juros made seven saves.
