GLEN RIDGE, NJ – The Glen Ridge High School boys’ varsity soccer team enjoyed a stellar season this fall.
The Ridgers won the Super Essex Conference-Liberty Division title with a 6-1 divisional record. Glen Ridge, under head coach Steve Reitberger, also was runner-up in the NJSIAA North Jersey Section 2, Group 1 state tournament and finished with a 12-4-1 overall record.
The Ridgers had seven players recognized on the All-SEC-Liberty Division.
On the First Team are senior Modesto Nogueira, junior goalie Logan Kotronis and sophomore Lucas Costa. The Second Team honorees are junior Gavin Robertson and sophomore Travis Burnett.
Emmett Martin and Aidan Cusumano, both seniors, made Honorable Mention.
