Glen Ridge HS field hockey team seeks strong run in state tournament

GLEN RIDGE, NJ – The Glen Ridge High School varsity fielc hockey team, undere head coach Shauna Caulfield, hopes to make a strong run in the NJSIAA North Jersey Section 2, Group 1 state tournament.

The seventh-seeded Ridgers will host 10th-seeded Florence at George Washington field in the first round on Tuesday, Oct. 24, at 4 p.m. The winner will visit second-seeded Madison in the quarterfinals on Oct. 30.

The Ridgers tied Cranford, 3-3, Oct. 19, on the road to move to an 8-4-4 record.
