UPDATE: Glen Ridge HS girls’ soccer players garner All-SEC accolades

GLEN RIDGE, NJ – The Glen Ridge High School girls’ varsity soccer team achieved another sensational season.

Under 18th-year head coach Oscar Viteri, the Ridgers won the NJSIAA North Jersey Section 2, Group 1 state tournament title for a remarkable seventh straight season. The Ridgers also finished as Group 1 state runner-ups for the fourth consecutive season and finished with an 11-7-3 record.

The Ridgers featured five players who earned All-Super Essex Conference-American Division honors.

Sophomore Ania Prussak made First Team.

Sophomore Sydney Mansfield and junior Tara Feenaghty made Second Team.

Freshman Kaitlyn Degnan and freshman goalie Elettra Giantomenico made Honorable Mention.
