GLEN RIDGE, NJ – Lindsay Jaiyesimi scored in the 65th minute to lift the Glen Ridge High School girls’ varsity soccer team to a 1-0 win over Mount St. Dominic Academy on Friday, Sept. 23, at Watsessing Park. With the win, the Ridgers snapped a two-game losing streak. GRHS then lost to Newark Academy, 2-0, Monday, Sept. 26, to move to a 4-4 record.
In previous action, the Ridgers lost a tough 1-0 decision at Livingston on Sept. 21. Victoria Woznick made six saves.
