GLEN RIDGE, NJ — Just a couple of days after graduating from Glen Ridge High School, Nick Ruggiero competed in the 400-meter run on June 19 at the Track & Field Meet of Champions in South Plainfield. He ran in 51.08 seconds and placed 24th overall. Ruggiero was the sole GRHS athlete to compete at this competition, as only the top six finishers in each event from group meets on June 11 and 12 qualified.
