Irvington HS boys’ track and field team enjoys 8-3 dual-meet season

The Irvington High School boys’ track and field team, under head coach Marvin Hawkins, finished its dual-meet season with an 8-3 record after defeating Belleville and Orange on May 8 at the IHS Sports Complex.

100-meters: Dwight Henry 11.1

110-meter high hurdles: Wesvendji Jean-Charles 15.1

800-meters: Keano Fearon 2:12.

3,200-meters: Marfo 14:00.

Javelin: Henry 108 feet

Long jump: Jean-Charles 19-6

Triple jump: Shamar Frasier 39 feet

The IHS girls’ team also swept Orange and Belleville.
