Irvington HS players pose after beating Northern Highlands in the North, Group 4, regional championship game at Rutgers University’s SHI Stadium on Dec. 4 to complete an 11-2 season.

IRVINGTON, NJ — The Irvington High School football team will be honored with a parade on Jan. 8.

The Blue Knights won their first-ever state sectional and regional Group 4 championships, completing an 11-2 season.

The parade will begin at 11 a.m. at Civic Square and end at the IHS football field.
