IRVINGTON, NJ (updated Monday August 7, 12:21 p.m.) – Irvington High School rising senior Darryl Hill was named the Most Valuable Player at the 2017 Kenneth A. Carter Football Camp held at Delaware State University on July 29.
Hill is a cornerback.
“Darryl moved back home from North Carolina ,” said IHS head coach “Smoke” Pierre, noting Hill is a Football Championship Series (FCS) prospect. “He comes from the Irvington Golden Knights Football family and has exceptional upside. He has been working hard daily and has been helping this team grow. Darryl dominated the camp and will help us big time this year.”
