IRVINGTON – The Irvington High School varsity football team, under first-year head coach Ashley Pierre, is getting ready for the upcoming season.
The Blue Knights competed in a scrimmage hosted by East Oragne Campus High School on Saturday, Aug. 20, at Paul Robeson Stadium in East Orange. The other teams in the scrimmage were Willingboro and Camden.
IHS will visit Lincoln of Jersey City in the season opener Sept. 9 at 7 p.m.
