Irvington HS track runner Dwight Henry gives good effort at State Meet of Champions

IRVINGTON, NJ – Irvington High School boys’ indoor track and field runner Dwight Henry gave a good effort at the NJSIAA State Meet of Champions on Sunday, Feb. 25.

Henry finished 30th in the preliminaries of the 55-meter hurdles in 8.19 seconds. The sophomore was the lone IHS competitor at the Meet of Champions, which consisted of the top six finishers, plus wild-card berths, from the Group meets.
