NUTLEY, NJ — The Nutley High School boys and girls bowling teams clinched their respective Super Essex Conference-American Division regular season titles.
The boys and girls teams swept both Belleville on Jan. 28 and Cristo Rey on Jan. 29 at Belleville Bowlero Lanes to clinch first place for the season.
The boys were led by seniors Zack Mackiewicz, 604 series; Dan Kuczek, 588; and Matt Wrobel, 568; and juniors Jordan Zarro, 638; and Gianni Feraco, 542.
The girls were led by senior Gabriella Rizzo, 381; juniors Nicole Case, 477; and Tatyana Salazar, 370; along with freshmen Julianne Carson’s 148, Angelica Duffy’s 177 and Kaitlin Serrilli’s 129.
Congratulations to the Raiders on a very successful regular season as they head into county and state play.
