NUTLEY, NJ – The 15th-seeded Nutley High School girls’ varsity basketball team lost at second-seeded Warren Hills, 54-27, in the first round of the NJSIAA North Jersey Section 2, Group 3 state tournament on Feb. 28 to finish the season with a 7-19 record.
Courtney Wilde had 10 points to lead the Raiders. Rebecca Granata had seven points; Abigail Scheidel had five points; Jenny Callaghan and Alaina Feaster each had two points; and Mackenzie Moraski added a point for NHS.
