NUTLEY, NJ – The Nutley High School wrestling team, under head coach Mike DiPiano, started the season in impression fashion.
The Raiders took second place at The College of New Jersey Pride Tournament on Saturday, Dec. 15.
Nutley had four champions: Dominick Cofone, Jacob Gonzalez, Salvatore Mainiero, and Daniel Jennings.
Cofone and Gonzalez each finished third at the 106- and 126-pound weight classes respectively, and Jennings took fourth at 182 at the District 10 tournament last season at Belleville HS.
