MAPLEWOOD, NJ – The Columbia High School varsity football team will host East Orange Campus this Saturday, Oct. 20, at 1 p.m. at Lynn V. Profeta Field/Underhill Field Complex.
The Cougars made a good comeback attempt, but fell short in a 36-28 loss to Bayonne on Friday night, Oct. 12, at Lynn V. Profeta Field.
Columbia trailed 30-6 at halftime before rallying the second half. But Bayonne held on for the win. Columbia moved to a 2-5 record. Bayonne won its second straight to move to 5-2.
East Orange defeated Livingston, 18-7, in Livingston on Oct. 12 for its second straight win to move to 4-2.
