Columbia HS girls hoops season finishes in first round of state tourney

MAPLEWOOD, NJ — The eighth-seeded Columbia High School girls basketball team lost to ninth-seeded North Hunterdon, 53-38, in the first round of the North Jersey Section 2, Group 4 state tournament on March 3 at CHS.
The Cougars finished the season with a 12-12 record.

Maia Little had 11 points, Shana Desire had 10, Kaijhe Hall had seven, Bella Gallatt and Allie Harris each had four, and Corteney Provilon-Louis added two for Columbia.
