Community First U9 soccer teams enjoy successful seasons

MAPLEWOOD/SOUTH ORANGE, NJ – The Community First Sports Club U9 boys soccer teams, both consisting of players from Maplewood and South Orange, completed winning fall campaigns over the weekend.

The Dragons compiled a 12-4-1 record this season, finishing in second place in the Mid-New Jersey Youth Soccer Association first division and winning the Parsippany Pride Invitational Tournament.

The Flash captured their MNJYSA flight championship, finishing with an 8-1-1 record.  The Flash reeled off seven straight wins after losing the season opener.
